--- Alessandro and Kim Borredon
Alessandro Borredon came here in 1990 from Monte Di Procida, Naples, Italy, on the suggestion of a friend who was in the Pizza business. He decided to leave his home and family in Italy and come to the U.S. to try and make a better life for himself. He started to work with his friend in the Pizzeria, learning what it took to run a business and also the English language. In 1993, he met his wife Kim when they both worked at a restaurant together in North Brunswick, NJ. In 1996, after they were engaged, Alessandro bought Alfonso’s with a partner, and for the last 16 years, it was run by Alessandro Borredon and his partner.
Since it’s inception in 1973, Alfonso’s Pizzeria & Restaurant has been a family gathering place nestled between Rocky Hill, Montgomery, and Princeton on Route 206 in the Princeton North Shopping Center.
